Easy Returns
Not happy with your toy? No worries! We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case we cover the cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
